Game Optimiser not showing as active in app

Hi,

 

I activated Game Optimiser when it came out via the app and successfully have it running on my modem.

 

However upon checking my service in the MyTelstra app it isn't showing that Game Optimiser is active.

 

I'vetried reaching out to the support team via the chat service in the app however they were adamant that I don't have the Game Optimiser service.

 

I've tried enabling it in the app however get an error.

 

Should I just accept the fact I now have Game Optimiser for free!

Are you using it on Arcadyan or Technicolor? If Arc then that is probably why as it's not officially in beta yet so you likely got it during a small test window.

Could you message Dean please: https://crowdsupport.telstra.com.au/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/804409737 and let him know what is happening please. Also include your subscriber ID or serial number so he can check this for you.
