Game Optimiser order 'pending'

I have request the Game Optimiser 3 hours ago and the order is still 'pending'. Website says if it s not active in 30 mins reboot (this would suggest that it should definitely be done ion 30 mins.. so 3 hours later Telstra chat are saying it will be another 1-2 hours GUARANTEED 🙂

Any thoughts

Thanks just restarted the modem and still not active, last update I got from the chat team (about midnight) is that there was server maintenance causing the delay…

Anything I should be doing at me end other that restarting the modem?

Nothing you need to do, if it was just a case of server maintenance then once complete it should be pushed automatically
