Hi all. game optimizer is not visible or accessible from my modem login on my account and unable to connect through DumaOS app how do i get it to work?

Hi @Manicman1,
Thanks for including those details, the problem was your Smart Modem was stubbornly holding onto its old firmware version which pre-dated Game Optimisers existence. We've forced through an upgrade this morning (apologies there would have been a reboot about ~10am AEST) and you should now see Game Optimiser's icon on your http://mymodem/ login screen.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble activating Game Optimiser, are you on a NBN access type? Currently it just supports that. If you are then @deanmanners should be able to look into this for you and see if there is an issue.

thank you for responding. my connection type is NBN FTTN Technology type and i have smart modem gen 2. i have troubleshooting with Telstra and read the crowd support and restart modem and turned off optimizer as suggested still no access. its been 2 weeks of doing every trouble shooting way i could find. can you please help.
