Fail to Order An Xbox Series X Console

Hi there,


I'm a new customer of Telstra. The reason why I join Telstra is that I would like to order an Xbox series x console, but apparently, I got rejected several times saying that I am unable to place an online order. I talked to one of the customer services on online chat saying that I don't have 6 months of payment history and would not let me place an order. I'm wondering is there anything that I can do about it or do I have to wait for 6 months to place an Xbox order. (Hopefully, there is something that I can do about it so I don't need to wait for ages.)
