Xbox All Access Status

So I placed an order for a Series X - All Access bundle about 4 weeks ago and got confirmation almost immediately. When I use order tracker to check the status of my order it still doesn't appear.

Has anyone received confirmations for their orders? 

Pretty disappointed by Telstra in regards to the orders of the new Xbox. Wrong addresses, no delivery ETA's and I can't even be told what wave I'll be.

This was my experience also . It's been handled incredibly poorly.

Today I was told it was never actually placed even though on four occasions trying to get an update they said it was confirmed and it was done. Don't hold your breath. The chat is imposssible to deal with.

yea keep having the same issues, 

 

I have constantly pestered the team, but I keep getting vague answers.

Now I have like 5 different order numbers which none of them works too

 

any Suggestions?

I surprisingly ended up getting my order so all I can say is just keep trying. They evidently did update my shipping address correctly but I definitely value their 24x7 chat a lot less

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
