Xbox Series X ordered

I like many others have placed an Xbox All Acess order, received two email but nothing to say I’m in the wave 2 shipment. I’ve left several messages through the Telstra app only being told the same generic text. I just want to be told if I’m in the next wave or not. It should not be that hard

I also never received email with what wave I’m in, only the confirmation of order and critical information summary. On the confirmation email it only says delivery as soon as stock becomes available. I contacted Telstra a fair few times about what wave I’m in and told many different things with no help and finally told yesterday that I’m definitely in wave 2. On their website it says if you order before the 11th dec to guarantee delivery by xmas so hopefully that means we will all get it by xmas. Dispatch for next stock is 9th of December. On support tech said there is no wave 3 so all orders are next shipment. How accurate that is I’ve got no idea.
