Xbox X Pre-Order Cancelled

Hi there, I had an order with the confirmed order number and the products showing in My Telstra Account. I then got an email saying I requested it be cancelled, I didn't, as well as a bill for the xbox, that hasn't been shipped yet. I've tried to contact Telstra to see why my order was cancelled to no avail. Anyone had the same problem? Any suggestions?
