Google Pixel

We have 2 pixel 4 phones in the famiy and we are unable to send sms messages from them and we cant receive any texts.  

The other I did something when trying to use the #31# to block my number and now all the incoming calls are showing as unknown. Can anyone help me get it back so incoming calls are showing the number?

I bought a pixel 5 from google, sync data from my pixel 2, put the telstra sim in but cant get any 5G reception tried bodni junction, camperdown, kings cross...the map says %G should be there. 5G is my prefered network in settings

My Google Pixel 3a won't receive calls from private (non-caller ID) numbers - they go through to voice to txt.

Kayo $5 subscription is puss. Doesn't send a PIN when pop-up screen appears so I tap the re-send button and then locks me out for 30mins so I called a locksmith and they declared it's a joke.

Is it possible to purchase the Google Pixel 4a 5g without a plan while still getting the discount that is offered on buying the phone outright.

I get no voice service in 4g only areas and an error text message stating the device does not have 4g calling switched on. There is no such option and Telstra website just says to update android, it is.

My Google Pixel 4 hangs up when my call is transferred. 
Eg. I would call the local doctors clinic to book an appointment. When I get transferred to the right department, the call is terminated right away.
