Google Nest Hub Max Redemption

I have updated my plan to the Google Pixel 5 with the Redeemable Hub Max.

The code never came through and I have now contacted support 5 seperate times over 2 weeks with no code and no resolution.

 

It is a joke and this online only support is terrible, they are useless.

They say they will get back to me and don't, state they will escalate the issue and don't I'm fed up.

 

If I cannot get this escalated or resolved in the next 48 hours I will be asking for this contract to be broken and leaving Telstra without any contract cancellation fee as this has been THE WORST customer service experience I have ever received.

I'm in the same boat here waiting for the redemption code. I'm worried it will take longer than the cutoff date
