Google Pixel 5 not connecting to telstra mobile service

Hi, 

 

I am in Adelaide city and as of about 2 hours ago my Google Pixel 5 will not connect to Telstra service (either the internet or cell service)

 

I cannot get onto Telstra customer service as my phone wont connect and their chat keeps telling me to call (which I can't currently do). 

 

Is anyone else having this problem or does anyone have any suggestions?

Start by powering down your phone, removing the SIM and reinserting it. Then turn it back on.

 

If you can get to the Rundle Mall store, they might be able to give your phone and account the once over. They are a Telstra owned store, so should be pretty good.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Thanks @Jupiter! I went to the Telstra store and they troubleshooted it for me, turns out it was isolated to my account.
