MMI error on Google pixel for extending ring time

When trying to change ring time (**61*101**30#) I get an MMI error message. I've spent hours attempting to contact Telstra with no success. Is there a different MMI code for Google Pixel running android 10 or is there any way to get some sort of response from Telstra?

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: MMI error on Google pixel for extending ring time

Hey @Tepmurt

Sorry to read that you haven't been able to extend your ring time, the code used is correct. I would recommend chatting with our faults team to investigate this further, you can reach them in the My Telstra app.  Once in the chat, the virtual assistant will ask you a few questions before asking a team member to contact you. More info about how that works here https://tel.st/q9jgx
