No Visual Pixle 4

After 20+ years with Vodafone switched to Telstra and bought the latest pixel4 and  find out there is no visual voicemail for google pixel!! Very disappointing especially That it seems being a known shortfall for a few years now and nothing has been  done  by the big T.
