Pixel 4XL delays?

Hi there I ordered a Pixel 4XL on Aug 4, order number SBS51203391.

Two things:

- I have received information about sending my current phone back (I have swap assure) - do I have to send my phone back within the 14 days still despite the fact I haven't received my Pixel 4 XL?

- and is therea delay on the Pixel 4 XL?
