Pixel5 redeem nest

Ordered Pixel5 on Oct 30. Didn't receive google Nest promo code. Even after multiple follow ups there is no update. Anyone successful in getting a google Nest code after purchasing Google Pixel5 ?

Hi rooted. Thanks for getting in touch, apologies for the delay getting back to you.

You should have received an email with the confirmation of your code, sometimes our emails get automatically routed to your spam of junk folder to be sure to check there and mark us as a safe sender or add us to your email contacts to avoid this in the future. 

You need to redeem the Google Nest Hub Max through the Google Australia Store (https://tel.st/r79rp) before 31 December. This process is completely separate to the pre ordering or buying and will mean a separate delivery date. 
  
1.    Purchase and activate your device on eligible services between 8am 1 Oct 2020 to 11:59pm 26 November 2020
2.    Within 3 days of activation we’ll send you an SMS with your promotion code and a link to redeem from the Google Store 
3.    To redeem, add the Google Nest Hub Max to your cart in the store and apply your code when prompted in the checkout; this will discount the device to $0
4.   Enter your shipping details 
5.   If you have any questions after placing the order check the order page in your Google Store account
