Promo code not provided for Supply of free Google Home Nest Hub with purchase of Pixel 5 phone within 7 business days of connection of phone to Telstra network.  One follow up has not been successful.

Hi Gb26, Thanks for getting in touch, apologies for the delay getting back to you.

You need to redeem the Google Nest Hub Max through the Google Australia Store (https://tel.st/u2xvp) before 31 December. This process is completely separate to the pre ordering or buying and will mean a separate delivery date. 
  
1.    Purchase and activate your device on eligible services between 8am 1 Oct 2020 to 11:59pm 26 November 2020
2.    Within 3 days of activation we’ll send you an SMS with your promotion code and a link to redeem from the Google Store 
3.    To redeem, add the Google Nest Hub Max to your cart in the store and apply your code when prompted in the checkout; this will discount the device to $0
4.   Enter your shipping details 
5.   If you have any questions after placing the order check the order page in your Google Store account
