Can't login to the HomeSmart App - I believe the issue is with the HomeSmart HUB

It shows an amber light only. Have unplugged it several times, color does not change and it makes a strange noise whilst connected

It sounds like it has developed a fault. It definitely shouldn't be making strange noises.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
