Intercom Anywhere unable to connect to Telstra NBN gateway

Hi all, 

I had been using Intercom Anywhere with the Telstra NBN for about a year now.  In the last week, it stopped connecting and my control 4 dealer says its my telstra modem that is causing the problem.   Is anyone else having similar issues and have a potential resolution for this?  I don't really want to spent $500 to swap out the telstra modem like they recommended...

What model modem do you have ((example DJA0231, LH1000....)

I have Arris CM8200

The intercom anywhere is connected with a control4 DS2.

What is the model of the Telstra modem connected to the Arris CM8300 modem?

Hi there

i have a similar issue.. my Control4 / intercom anywhere app was connected only a month ago and occasionally it can’t connect to intercom. My installer said it was Telstra I’m yet to ring Telstra to find out exactly what is the issue however any insight would be great...
