the virtual useless one. My queries are, I'm moving house to another state. I went through all the moving house pages and got to the end and its ordered me another white modem which I don't need because I am taking my relatively new one with me. It was also going to charge me $135 to move my Telstra Foxtel. I'm not paying $135 to move my Foxtel, why can't that just come with me. So I tried to find online chat and also tried several times to call Telstra but they keep sending me link to their new My Telstra app. I JUST WANT TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE!!
