Thanks for the feedback.
From what I can see, the Telstra TV App gives you the ability to:
- Discover and search movies & TV show titles simultaneously, through Live TV and popular streaming services, at home and on the go
- Save titles to watch later and set reminders
- Redeem special offers from Telstra
You need to pair the mobile app with your device (via your Telstra Wi-Fi service) to be able to enjoy the app's full functionalities.
If you're not on the mobile network or not logged-in with your Telstra ID, you won't have access to:
- TV Guide
- My List
- My Offers
If you're having trouble with any of the above features, try rebooting your device or if this doesn't help, uninstall the app then redownload.
If you're experiencing an issue, our Telstra TV Assurance team will be the best people to investigate & you can contact them on 132200.
Please say 'Telstra TV' then 'Faults' when prompted.
