To put on your record my 3 queries this morning:

  1. Why phone call went blank without audio for 3-4 minutes before the next verification query?
  2. On 26/11 NBN Co advice that NBN connection will be stopped between 7am - 3pm and since then my NBN connection was shown that I have reached my 200GB usage allowance?  My question is my entitlement of NBN internet usage since is been channelled and shared with other user?
  3. Why my NBN internet plan was classified wrongly on this occasion to 300GB plan?

I have received ignoring phone scam disturbing mobile phone call immediately finishing my call to 132200 for the last two days!!

Please check at your end or your outsouce why is this happening!  

I feel my personal details should NOT be hacked a shated!!

27/11 at 3.35pm spoke to Mark (Code 67213) that my top up for NBN agreed was 200GB to make it to the rest of 14 days to 400GB.

28/11 at 11.40am spoke to Helma to verify why 24/7 application only shows 300GB leaving 63GB left for the rest of 13 days?

I am short change for what has been agreed even though I am a loyal old customer!

I am not happy for the outcome of the agreed phone conversation with Mark.

I have left 3 messages on this morning on record that I am concerned with??

I attached your competitor's similar plan for your attention.  

The similar plan of $70 allows unlimited download usage!!!
