Sannce IP camera

hi all,

i have sannce IP camera connected on my wifi network which i can view as long as i am connected at home.  i cannot view the device remotely whilst at work,  the manual says once the camera is connected to view remotely type the camera IP address into the browser and should be able to view.  this will not work its like the router is blocking this. i have phoned telstra and they said its not there problem trying to attach 3rd party devices.

i have the f@st 5355 router

Re: Sannce IP camera

Are you using the public IP for your internet service? you can get this for example via searching for 'what is my ip' in google when you are on your home internet connection

Also, unless you are paying for a static IP or using a DynDNS service, the address can frequently change (potentially anything the modem is rebooted or the internet goes down)

As in a 10.0.0.x number, or your public IP address?

Have you configured any port forwarding to the camera?
