Smart home Cameras

I used to be able to record on my cameras ( indoor and outdoor) when motion was detected and a message sent to my phone. Now I can’t. What’s changed?

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

Re: Smart home Cameras

Id reconmend checking that the automation exists and is set up correctly and that the motion sensor is enabled on the camart. If those arent the issue then unplug the smart hub for and cameras 30 seconds then plug it back in. If that hasnt resolved the issue. Id try deleting the automation rule and recreating it and seeing if that works.

Re: Smart home Cameras

It’s the automation that I can no longer set up. Cams work fine just can’t set up automation on the app

Re: Smart home Cameras

Where are you getting stuck?

To create an automation, you press the + button at the top right of the automation screen then press on automation. First step would be 'When my sensors detect something'
