I’ve been given a new date of the 16th of the December for my smart home service to be discontinued by Telstra to be replaced by a google package. Twice now I have submitted the required details to change over only to hear absolutely nothing from Google. Apparently Telstra got overexcited and announced the big switch without getting their details straight with the supplier and google.
