Smart Home refunds?

In November I was sent an email advising me that Smart home service was being retired and we would receive a refund. It further says there is no need to do anything, this would be automatically refunded. Since then we have heard nothing. Trying to talk to anyone on the app is frustrating and resembles the movie “ground hog day” continually repeating what has already been said without resolution. I have tried to speak to someone at Telstra, but no one seems to know what I’m talking about. They want me to go in store and register my complaint. I now have an appointment in March. There is no unscheduled appointments in store. Anyone else having this issue??

There is no point going into a store. They will not be able to assist.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
