What happened in last few days, I have to reset (power cycle HUB) my smart home to connect to it ?

Hi @wayneandjo Sorry you're having some difficulties with your Smart Home service there. I'd suggest speaking with support on 13 22 00 24x7 and say Smart Home> Faults and we can troubleshoot with you Smiley Happy
