Smarthome system not working on NBN

since moving to the NBN in February our smart Home system has not worked Telstra Tech's were supposed to call out on 10 March and 17 March with appointments confirmed for both dates but no one turns up and nobody advises WHY not.

our Ref TT-1 -23625816596 still outstanding. I continue to be billed for the service which is not working

If you have been unable to find a suitable resolution with the support team then it would be advisable to lodge an official complaint so that a case manager can be assigned to assist with the situation further for you.
