Telstra Guardian 301

Have been using Telstra Guardian for a year with no problems, have 2 handsets. Suddenly calls are not coming through or going to voicemail and I can get a dial tone and call numbers and it says connected to call but isn't actually calling the people?? Have reset and checked all settings and unplugged both handsets.  Not sure what else to do?

When you say you have reset, do you mean the phone or the modem? Resetting the modem should fix the problem you are describing (it's usually a bit of code in the modem that has been corrupted and a reset usually fixes it).

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
