Telstra Locator

Hi

I just took up the free lifetime membership of telstra locator (I'm a T Plus gold member) but when I went to submit it crashed on the last screen. Now when I go back in there there is no redeem button so I have no idea if I have successfully redeemed the product nor can i redeem again.

 

I received no emails so can someone pls help
