Telstra Smart Home - Camera Issues
Can ANYONE tell me do I need the Camera's to be Plugged into the Power all the time , ARE THY CONNECTED TO A POWER POINT????
I have spoke to Telsta Store staff at two different stores and they keep telling me I just need the Internet connection , no power required.
I have had numerous calls to the So called support , NOONE there can give me an answers they pass me from one person to another while charging me for the phone call !!
I was reaaly happy to be getting this sucurity for my family but I have nothing but trouble installing , the app did not work, then it did not recognise the account and now the Camera seem to require electricity
NOT IMPRESSED!!!

Re: Telstra Smart Home - Camera Issues
I find it very bad if people told you otherwise as it clearly shows a picture of a power adapter here

Re: Telstra Smart Home - Camera Issues
Hi @GlennL,
The powerpack needs to be inside as its not waterproof.
Please make sure that you have the powerpack connected to an inside powerpoint to ensure its away from mositure and water.
Regards,
Nathan
