I would like to know more about the Home Surcity Cameras that you can get on the Telstra Smart Home range, how much Internet does it use, if your internet gets discounted does are the camars on some sort of back up dervice?

Internet usage will depend on how many videos they upload and how often you are watching the camera/s in real-time in the smart home app so it's going to vary.
There is no backup. If your internet or power goes down so does the system.
