Telstra Smart Home

Hi, I've been trying to login to my account in the Telstra smart home app but can't login. Could someone please help me to resolve this problem so I can get my smart home connected. Thank you.

What happens when you try to login?

Telstra Smart Home requires your Telstra ID and password that's associated with the account it's been put on.

Try logging in to MyAccount on the Telstra website (http://telstra.com/myaccount) with the same details you used to log into CrowdSupport.

If there's service listed, does the Smart Home appear? If that's the case you should be able to use the same login details as here to log I to the Smart Home app.

If it has an add account button, you can use that to register the ID to your billing account

You can also call smart home faults via 13 22 00 and they can assist as well

Yes I can login from Telstra.com no problem.. however, the Telstra smart home doesn't appear.. how do I get it put into my acct and is there a charge for that??

I do not have an add account button.. I only have a prepaid mobile on my account

If you purchased it from a Telstra store, Telstra sales over the phone or a licensed partner they would of already put it on your account for you. If you purchased it online from Telstra you would of had to have put in account details. As it is a service there is a monthly charge.

You would of also gotten an email to the account's contact email address with details on how to register a Telstra ID to the smart home.

You should be able to add your smart home billing account number to your existing ID in the account settings in Myaccount
