Telstra Smart Home

I have had a Telstra Smart Home set-up now for almost six months. I must say that I am extremely disappointed with it. I have four cameras and three sensors. I have had nothing but trouble with it constantly. 9 out of 10 days there is something not working with it. At the moment one of the cameras is not recording, while sensors are not advising me when movement is detected as set up. Cameras are not recording when movement is present. Useless as a security source as it is so unreliable. Unfortunately I am paying it off monthly, otherwise I would disconnect it and throw it in the garbage. Honestly that is all it is worth while for at the moment.Any way to return it all and stop paying for it? Useless.
