Telstra TV foxplay
I have a second hand TV RUKO box would like to connect to my Foxtel play acc BUT it keeps telling me that there is an error AS4043. How do I sign into my account

Is your Foxtel play account currently in a free trial period?
Normally that error comes up if the account you're trying to log in with is in a trial period, and someone has previously used a trial on the TelstraTV.
Once your free trial has finished and you're a paying customer, it should login fine on the 2nd hand device.
