WTH with the smart home app

This service never works, have to reboot and redo it every time, has anyone asked for a refund. I am tired. with Christmas decoration , this is not acceptable, I am tired being on hold with this unpredictable service, anyone approached ombudsman regarding  this terrible service..thanks

My Smart Home service is working normally. Have you spoken with the Smart Home team on 13 22 00? If youd like to cancel your Smart Home service, there is a link below in my signature to raise a complaint. The complaints team will be able to cancel your service.
