I have rang this number in Australian business hours and it tells me it's not business hours. Is this Malaysia time. I have had issues with our internet (or lack of) for many years. Every time it gets worst. We are currently down to 0.2mps. Our street has NBN with the exception of 4 houses and ours is one. Red tape is holding up a delivery of even passable service. We are currently beyond being pissed off it is now down to anger. Telstra is a constipated system and frustrating to use. The 24/7 app is constructed for questions Telstra wants to hear and not the real situation. The circus routine of the app is painful especially when the problem goes round and round. Ted
