2.4G wireless network missing
Can not connect printers, cameras and pc to internet because they use 2.4G only. 10 days ago everything is fine. Now only 5G works.
Anyone has same problem?

Re: 2.4G wireless network missing
It could be faulty 2.4 GHz WiFi transmitter on the modem. Try powering modem off for 5 minutes and then back on. If still no 2.4 GHz WiFi try a factory rest. If still no 2.4 GHz contact support and report fault. If modem still under warranty it should be replaced for free. It is not uncommon for the 2.4 GHz WiFi to go faulty and the 5 GHz to still work.
If you factory reset on one of the recent modems band steering will be enabled by default and both WiFi SSIDs will have same SSID. Band steering can be disabled in the modem's 2.4 GHz WiFi settings.
