4G
We have some NBN outages at the moment. The modem keeps clicking over to 4G and as a result of the constant switching we have poor connection.
Is it possible to reset the modem to just run on 4G until the NBN is fixed?

Re: 4G
You could disconnect the DSL port if FTTN/B or the WAN port if another NBN connection type. If running on backup for an extended period of time the backup speed will be throttled to 256 Kbps and you will have to ring support to get the throttling removed which can take 48 hours,
