5g home internet unlimited

We have ditched NBN FTTN and am now using 5G home internet 1000GB and am very happy with it.  However would Telstra ever consider unlimited 5G home internet like T-Mobile in the U.S?  I now see that in the long term the limited 1000gb plan is probably going to be unsustainable due to the high steaming rate of 5G with family use.  Eventually we will have to return to the NBN unlimited plans.

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

I would expect that as Telstra completes their 5G roll out and more customers take up that offering, then plans will change eventually. But I am not aware that Telstra has teased that unlimited plans are on the horizon..

Ok, thanks. Heres hoping they do eventually consider it.

It's crystal ball stuff..  mine stopped working in the late 60's..  Smiley Happy

But the general trend is to deliver more and more data, faster and faster, because we are now so dependent on it...
