I have recently cannceled my broardband and opted to use prepaid. I have just received a bill telling me I am in credit. How do I claim this and get this credit into a bank account? Not easy to find this out at all!!!

Give Telstra a call on 132200 and they can sort that out for you, however the team that process refunds are only available 8AM to 5PM EDST.
