Address check not available

I am an existing Telstra customer and I am looking at buying an apartment but want to check that NBN is available in the apartment.

When I enter the address on telstra and NBN website, it says

Sorry we are unable to check your address at the moment.

Does this mean NBN isn't available? when I put in other apartment numbers they list it as ready to connect. Even though it's in an NBN connected area (Sydney area) and other apartments are listed, does this mean that some apartments won't be connected?

It's odd that it comes up with that error but lets you select a different property. Haven't come up against that error before and still been able to see other properties.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Contact NBN Co to verify that the address is in their database and alert them to the error that is coming up.
