ADSL connection

I have not had ADSL connected since the 18-12-2019 it is now the 19-02-2020 . Telstra blame it on a network outage ( network card or something) In the area and continuously change the finish line as to when the repairs will be made . I don’t think they have a clue as to what the problem is and keep palming off
as a network outage . I spend about 10 hours a week on the phone trying to get the problem rectified.But adding injuring to insult I compared the so-called Smart modem 4g backup speed with the Aldi $15 mobile plan tethered. Telstra was 5.2 Mbps download and Aldi was 94Mbps download.

What a joke!
Why does Telstra continue to lie to the consumers about their fantastic networks.
