ADSL down for 2+ months, NBN migration stuck for 1+ months

ADSL went down on 21 April. None was able to find any fault or fix. Running on 4G backup since then.

NBN migration order stuck since May 28. Received hardware, plugged in for weeks, got power + link solid blue. No one in Telstra knows what is going on again.


Cant reach any human over the phone, challenging to get someone on the chat, the times when someone responds, they are clueless and everytime said it should be ok in 24-72 hours.


Any suggestions on what else I can do?
