ADSL dropped off at leat 5 times every day!

I'm a new Telstra user, in the past, I'm using TPG. TPG is very stable. My modem router can stay online for half a year with out disconnected.

After I changed from TPG to tesltra, this nightmare starts.

Everyday from 4:00PM, my ADSL will keep on dropping off. When I checked the modem log, I can find that my internet was disconneted..then connected...then disconnected, then connected.... Sometimes I'll be disconnected 3 minutes after I connected to the internet!!

I called telstra for at least 5 time, now 1 month passed, each time telstra will tell me that teltra made a network test and it seems you line is OK. Please try again. If you still get the problem, please call telstra!!

Every time telstra will ask me to call telstra again if I still have the problem!  Telstra never fixes the problem!!!

For now, even though I don't disconnected, my internet still keeps on losing packages!!!

I tried to ping google.com, here is the result!

Hi AngrySean,

Can you try applying a line profile to your service and see if this improves the stability? The following link provides information on how you can change this setting.
