ADSL Internet Down - Tech Support confirm Outage - App says no outage

Wondering if anyone else within Point Cook on ADSL are also having an issue with PPP / internet connection issues.


Called to their tech support and was advised there is an outage, a fix to be provided in 6 days. OK. But on the Telstra Outage page is says there is no outage, and some of their webpages for checking status of Service Incidents don't load, they give some sort of processing errors .... 


Is anyone else experiencing the same issue in the area and on their pages?
