ADSL to NBN on pause

Is there any timeframe on new NBN installations no longer being paused. Is this location specific? This is the prompt that comes up when trying to place order through Telstra app. Struggling through slow speed and have been eagerly awaiting NBN availability at our premises, which it is now, but on pause ☹

James I am in the same boat. I’ve ordered NBN and got an automated email with a reference number starting NA which means it can’t be tracked. Any progress with you?
