Hi, I went onto Telstra website to move fron adsl2+ to nbn. I checked street adress and chose bundled plan. On 30th Oct, my app said voice changed over and order complete. After many hours, apparently I have only changed plan. I now need to do a transition order. Everytime I go to Telstra, it takes me to the part I have already done. Any help appreciated.

You need to speak to a Telstra consultant. Use the Messaging function in the My Telstra app "Get Help" section and leave a message for some one to contact you.
