ADSL2+ become slow

A few months ago, my download's speed was 13mbps, but now its only 6.14mbps. Customer service checked the line from their end and restarted my modem. It doesn't work, my speed is only 6.14 now

Was this helpful?

  • Yes it was, thank you
  • No, I still need help

@fws1998 One of the modem guru's might be able to confirm, but it looks like to me you are stuck on DLM.

Can you post your full modem stats? (After the ones in bold).

Re: ADSL2+ become slow

Definitely seems like it.
Generally nly kicks in if it detects something wrong. Asking FoH to put a noise profile on or the testers to rebuilt the line will reset it but it would be worth getting them to check the line out first
