ADSL2 drop out

Hi
I am in Tamborine Queensland and since about January this year we have had constant internet drop out happening almost daily. As an example today it has dropped out about half a dozen times.
Not sure if it is coincidental but around January this year the NBN was made available in our area but we have not yet connected to it. Just wondering if others in the area are having the same issues.

If the NBN type of NBN in your area is FTTN/B/C it is possible that they might have disturb one of terminations on your connection which has resulted in an intermittent fault. Have you reported a fault to Telstra?
