Anyone know how to contact Telstra from overseas?

The +61 439 125 109 number is no good.  Because I don't have a Telstra number it says due to Covid19 they are too stretched and can't take my call and I get cut off. Surely as a telecommunications company they are one of the best suited to managing a support centre via employees working from home....how is it because I am calling from overseas I am of such low importance that I can not even get a call back or wait in a queue to talk to someone. They take $1,000s of my dollars but when I need them to sort something out all of a sudden they are completely uncontactable...  Can't download the Telstra 24/7 app outside of Australia.  The Cebi LIVE (what a joke) chat feature is absolutely useless. No email support.  Have messaged via social media and only get an automated response saying 'we are busy and could be some time before we respond, try the chat feature'  Anyone have any ideas?
