I signed up online yesterday for a new cable service. Shortly after signing up, I recieved an email message to say that my application had been delayed and provided details to track the application progress online.
Using the order number provided and the order tracking page, I simply get a message telling that no matching orders were found.
It does sound to me like there has been a delay in processing your order which will delay the tracking in some cases. Depending on the issue we may have needed to reprocess or change your order, this will cause issues with the tracking in some cases.
